What tog sleep sack for a room that's 19 degrees?

I'm so confused by tog ratings. Our nursery sits around 19°C overnight and my 5 month old is in a long-sleeve cotton sleepsuit underneath. Should I be using a 1.0 tog or a 2.5 tog sack?
I keep checking his chest and he feels fine but I'm paranoid about overheating vs him being cold. What does everyone use at this temp?

At 19°C we run a 2.5 tog with just a short-sleeve bodysuit underneath, OR a 1.0 tog with a footed sleepsuit. The long-sleeve suit plus a 2.5 might be a touch warm. Check the back of his neck, not hands, hands are always cool.

Most sleep sack brands print a temperature guide on the label or their website, that's what finally calmed my anxiety. For 19 I think most of them recommend a 1.0 with a sleepsuit. Don't overthink the hands.

We obsessed over this too. 19 is honestly a nice temp. Neck-of-the-neck check is the real test, if it's warm and sweaty, dress down. The paranoia fades, you'll get a feel for it.

Just a reminder for anyone reading, no loose blankets in the cot, the sleep sack IS the bedding. At 19 I'd lean 1.0 tog over 2.5 with that sleepsuit, you can always add a vest if his neck feels cool.
