How to help your child during an anxiety:

  • A child needs to feel that mom loves him or her.
  • Maximum tactile contact and affection.
  • Quality time, being involved in games with the child.
  • Take a break from learning how to fall asleep independently.
  • Watch for the first tired signs and avoid overexertion.
  • Be consistent and perform routines before going to bed.
