Up to 3 years of age, wake up before 6:00 AM is considered early.

Waking from 6:00 AM to 7:00 AM is normal and corresponds to the child's biorhythms.

If the child still wakes up early, you should pay attention to the daily routine and adjust the time of awake before a night's sleep. A comfortable time is when the child manages to fall asleep in 10-20 minutes.

Try to increase nighttime sleep by putting your baby to bed earlier - between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
